Maximum File Size: 500 KB per file
To help us identify your files, please use the naming convention below:
Example: If the student's name is Mary Jane and the parent's
contact number is 3374358:
Use the student's initials.
Add 1 for the student photograph.
Add 2 for the birth certificate.
Add the last four digits of the parent's contact number.
