Upload Requirements
- Accepted file formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG or GIF.
- Maximum file size: 500 KB per file.
- Please avoid duplicate file names.
- File names should not contain spaces or special characters.
Recommended File Naming Convention
Example:
Student Name: Mary Jane
Parent Contact Number: 337-4358
Use the student's initials followed by:
Student Photograph: MJ14358.jpg
Birth Certificate: MJ24358.jpg
Example:
Student Name: Mary Jane
Parent Contact Number: 337-4358
Use the student's initials followed by:
- 1 for the student photograph
- 2 for the birth certificate or identification document
Student Photograph: MJ14358.jpg
Birth Certificate: MJ24358.jpg
